**Deine Verantwortung**:
- Du wirst für das Sales-Controlling und Reporting verantwortlich sein, inklusive des Monitorings des Geschäftsergebnisses
- Du wirst den gesamten Budgetprozess für den Sales Bereich begleiten und unterstützen, darunter auch das Erstellen des Sales-Kostenstellenbudgets
- Du wirst die Verwaltung von Kundenrückvergütungen (Berechnungen und Erstellung von Gutschriften) übernehmen
- Du wirst organisatorische Unterstützung bei Kundenausschreibungen leisten und verschiedene Überwachungs
- und Kontrollaufgaben auf Kunden
- und Unternehmensebene durchführen
- Du wirst Bonuspläne erstellen und verwalten sowie Provisionsabrechnungen durchführen
- Du wirst Statistiken und Kennzahlenreportings für das Management-Team
**Deine Skills**:
- Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaft, Finanzen/ Controlling oder ähnlichem
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling
- Erfahrung in der Industrie in einem Handel Unternehmen wäre von Vorteil
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse ins Besonderes im Excel
- Analytische und aufgeschlossene Denkweise mit praxisorientierter Einstellung
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
