- und Überwachungsprozesse und helfen, diese zu verbessern.
Unser 3-köpfiges Team "Audit Development" unterstützt den Leiter Audit in den Bereichen Strategie, Organisation und Prozesse. Als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Audit und Governance-Gremien leisten wir alltägliche Führungsunterstützung, zeigen aber auch Optimierungspotenziale auf, messen die Qualität, erstellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen und übernehmen Projektaufgaben.
Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Aufnehmen, Analysieren, Konzipieren und Weiterentwickeln von Auditprozessen/-tools und Vorantreiben deren Umsetzung
- Fachliches Verantworten der Audittools sowie Sicherstellen der Standards und Richtlinien
- Mitarbeiten, Leiten und Überwachen von internen Projekten und Vertreten der Interessen des Audits in bankweiten Projekten
- Koordinieren von Umfragen und Zusammenfassen derer Resultate
- Erstellen von Präsentationen inklusive deren Vorstellung vor verschiedenen Teilnehmerkreisen (Audit intern, Management, Bankrat)
- Koordinieren von Ausbildungen
Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im internen oder externen Audit im Finanzumfeld - von Vorteil
- Fachzertifikate (z.B. CIA, CISA, CFE, CIIA) erwünscht oder Bereitschaft zur Erlangung
- Kenntnisse der geltenden Standards an eine Interne Revision (z.B. seitens IIA, FINMA) und deren Qualitätsmanagement - ist ein Plus
- Freude am Koordinieren und Umsetzen unterschiedlichster Aufgaben
- Du punktest mit deinen ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
