We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Coordinator, for our Parts Coordination Management Team**_ _**to join our Spare Parts Business. The preferred location for this position is in **Frauenfeld, Switzerland **but also **Moschato, Greece** can be considered.

**Your role and responsibilities**

As a **Coordinator, in the Parts Coordination Management Team, **your responsibilities will include:

- Handle and coordinate quotes and orders of projects (small to large) according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
- Follow up and communicate parts delivery information accordingly in a timely manner to internal & external customers.
- Follow up with the supply chain of parts deliveries according to the agreed process.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of customer-specific solutions and needs.
- Clarifying technical identification with parts sales engineering.
- Liaising for customer claims with the claim department.
- Providing 24/7 service Parts Coordination Management (PCM) support.

**Requirements for the position**
- Experience in customer service, both internal and external.
- Experience working with SAP.
- IT proficient, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail with a methodical and practical approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivation and reliability, taking responsibility for your actions and aiming for quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal & external customer relationships that enhance the customer experience.
- A flexible approach to work and a quick learning ability.
- Eagerness to understand processes, reevaluate, and adopt new methods where applicable.
- Parts coordination-related experience would be considered advantageous.
- The ability to work as part of an effective team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- German is a plus.
