In this position, your skills in the technical area, organization as well as communication are in demand. You will act as the interface between customers and service technology. In short: You are the first telephone contact for our demanding customers, answering questions, receiving fault and service reports, orders and complaints. In addition, you coordinate the service technician group for Western Switzerland and monitor the process from inquiry to completion.

**Your main tasks**:

- As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating our service & installation operations in Western Switzerland.
- You will be in charge of sales-specific, assigned projects and their deadline monitoring.
- As a technical contact person for our compressors, you support our customers, the sales department and the service team.
- In addition to coordination work, your tasks also include quotation preparation, tracking and spare parts availability.

**Qualifications**:

- You have completed a technical education with commercial background knowledge.
- Based on your professional experience, you bring the technical know-how to be able to provide precise advice to customers and internal departments.
- With your hands-on mentality, your technical expertise and your ability to work in a team, you fit perfectly into our service team.
- You have a good command of French and German. English is an advantage.
