Key responsibilities:
- Drive and lead improvement projects to optimize the production schedule
- Become an SME/key user in the scheduling tools and train other users within global Supply Chain
- Support to other depts such as ERP team/operations/PMs
- Troubleshooting Supply Chain issues and resolving issues
- Support scenario planning and decision making in absence of the supply planner
- Provide coaching and mentoring to immediate and cross functional team members
- Provide direction to supply chain team and the manufacturing asset/teamin the case of unavailable supply planners or in conjunction with the supply planners
- Create, track and maintain the short term and medium term schedules to provide visibility to defined departments to drive short to medium term execution of plan
Key requirements:
- Academical degree (Bachelor or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent study field
- working experience in supply chain in a pharmaceutical company
- proven knowledge of cGMP compliance requirements
- strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis
- Fluency in English
