Qc Microbiology Lead Scientist Dps Growth Project

Key responsibilities:
- Provide expertise to microbiological testing (BET, sterility, EM, water) procedures in frame of project ramp-up for commercial Drug Products
- Development and establishment of microbiological testing procedures as well as training coordination for the corresponding test methods in a fast growing team
- Authoring of cGMP documents e.g. procedures (SOPs) or source documents as well as method validation / method transfer protocols and reports
- Support the lab team and ensure timely progress of sample testing, review and approval
- Participate as Subject Matter Expert in audits and inspections
Key requirements:
- Academical degree or apprenticeship in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Working experience in pharmaceutical industries and cGMP controlled environment
- Good working knowledge in all relevant microbiological techniques
- Very good reporting and scientific skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German is an asset
- Capability to work independently and in a dynamic & fast-pacing project environment
