For our client, we are looking for a
**Engineering Manager**:
**The role**
- Heads all Engineering activities related to development in an international set up
- Provides expertise in mechatronics engineering to development and series projects products
- Develops competence needed in the teams and pushes for innovation and continuous improvement
- Defines R&D strategy and roadmap
- Takes the managerial and leadership responsibility towards direct reports, performing HR processes such as competence planning, recruitment, performance management, development
- Owns budget responsibility for the costs as well as fulfilment of tasks assigned by projects

**Your profile**

Fluent French and English

Education in Mechanical/Electromechanical/Aerospace Engineering, with advanced training in project management

Proven expertise and track record in Mechatronics Engineering

Extensive understanding, competence and experience in Engineering processes, tools, and methodologies

Know-how of relevant Engineering tools, IT landscape and interfaces

Strong business and team focus combined with excellent negotiation skills

Very good French and English knowledge, German is an asset
