**Als Recruiting-Partner von unserer Kundin suchen wir genau Dich als Finance Team Lead **(w/m/d).** Sei Teil eine der erfolgreichsten Medienagenturen in Zürich** In Deiner Position bist Du hauptsächlich für die vorbereitende Buchhaltung und für das Reporting zuständig. Ausserdem übernimmst Du teilweise administrative Tätigkeiten für den HR-Bereich sowie stellvertretende Tätigkeiten in der Lohnabrechnung nach OR.

**Was Du tun wirst**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Kreditoren
- sowie Debitoren Buchhaltung
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats
- Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und US-Gaap
- Du bist ausserdem für das Cash-Management und die Liquiditätsplanung zuständig
- Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Kundenabrechnung inklusive Mahnwesen verantwortlich
- Du arbeitest am Reporting für die Gruppe sowie weitere Berichte für das Management mit
- Die Überprüfung und proaktive Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse sowie des internen Kontrollsystems gehören zu Deinem Daily-Business
- Mit Deiner Expertise arbeitest Du am Reporting für die Gruppe sowie weiteren Berichten für das Management und unterstützt dieses bei strategischen Projekten und Präsentationen
**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im betriebswissenschaftlichen Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder vergleichbar
- Du konntest bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung sowie im Rechnungsabschluss nach OR (idealerweise auch nach US-Gaap) mit
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Abacus und MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Leidenschaft fürs Accounting
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
