For our location in Zurich/Geneva, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager for the Swiss Mid Market customers.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Identification and qualification of new customer projects through active telephone calls
- Targeted management of customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales and profits
- Presentation of the product portfolio taking into account individual customer requirements
- Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements
- Preparation and follow-up of offers including pricing until project completion
- Pipeline-Management
- Quarterly and activity planning within the assigned customers to achieve targets
- Cooperation with business partners and the Lenovo external service
- Independent processing of customer inquiries and cooperation with international teams
- Documentation and tracking of telephone activities in the CRM system

**Your profile**:

- Ideally, a degree in information technology / business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
- High affinity for IT sales on the phone
- Sales experience (min. 2 years), ideally advantageous in the telesales environment
- Excellent communication and contact skills
- Customer-oriented, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Negotiation skills and motivation
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility and above-average commitment
- French, German & English speaker
