We're looking for a driven and eager Product Designer UX/UI to support our fast growing start up. You will work across products (web & mobile), design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and conduct user research to validate designs. You will be part of a young and dynamic team and will work closely with product managers and developers.**Sparrow Ventures**:

**What impact do you have?**:

Conduct UX research and participate in design workshops
Moderate user research interviews to gain deeper insights into our customers
Create user journeys, wireframes, sitemaps to support product development
Understand user behavior and web metrics
Demonstrate communication skills and articulate clearly design decisions to the rest of the team
Maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of a design system
Develop UI mockups and clickable prototypes that clearly illustrate how the sites functions
Take ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful product, under the guidance of a more experienced designer
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with our product managers and developers
Make a significant impact on our product by bringing new ideas

**What do you offer?**:
**Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)**:
**Minimum of 2-3 years of experience**:

in Product Design UI/UX

**English (business fluent)**:
**German (beneficial)**:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Product Design UI/UX, preferably in an e-commerce company or startup
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.
Good understanding of layout, color and typography
Experience conducting user research and testing
Drive for action and testing the impact of a new initiative quickly
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to iterate quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Enthusiastic team player
