Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Recruitment Teams in Bubendorf/BL suchen wir eine neue Kollegin, einen neuen Kollegen mit Freude an der Akquise neuer Mitarbeitenden.

**Wichtiger Hinweis: Diese Stelle ist bis Ende November 2024 befristet und die Anstellung erfolgt über einen Drittanbieter.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung in der Rekrutierung (Stellenausschreibungen, Vorselektion, Intervieworganisation, Absagen)
- Aufsetzen von Interviewterminen mit Kandidaten sowie generelle Unterstützung bei der Betreuung entlang des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses vom Abklärungsgespräch bis zur Anstellung
- Mithilfe beim Active Sourcing und Aufbau eines Netzwerks
- Verwalten und Administrieren der Stellenausschreibungen in SuccessFactors
- Übernahme und Koordination sämtlicher Rekrutierungskorrespondenz innerhalb des Recruitment Teams
- Fördern des Austausches und die Verankerung für neue Best-Practice Standards in der Rekrutierung
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation sowie Präsenz bei Karrieremessen und Jobbörsen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Hochschulstudium (FH / Uni) mit z.B. HR Zusatzausbildung von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Rekrutierung z.B. Stellenvermittlung, Sourcing, HR Assistant, etc. von Vorteil
- Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten und Interesse für das Thema Rekrutierung in der Chemie / Pharma Industrie
- Freundliche, kommunikative und angenehme Persönlichkeit, in Verbindung mit einer speditiven, exakten, selbständigen und gut organisierten Arbeitsweise
- Solide MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Outlook / MS Teams, Kenntnisse in SuccessFactors von Vorteil
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend
- Berufsanfänger/Lehrabgänger willkommen
