**Job Description**:
You ensure all Quality standard needs and requirements of the company are being met and are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives as well as ISO requirements.

**Major areas of responsibility**
- Accountable for the development, management, support, maintenance and promotion of the QMS (quality management system) for internal processes in accordance with ISO standard requirements
- Consult and support the maintenance and development of the ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001 standard in order to support internal processes and ensure alignment and tracking in QMS as appropriate
- Maintain close relationship with external service providers used for certifying the company for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Ensure that senior management is informed of the status of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 systems and that appropriate action is taken to maintain the systems in a good order
- Oversee the delegation of QMS work as necessary
- Manage or conduct internal and external audits
- Train new hires on the use and requirements of the QMS/ISMS relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide relevant training to the company as necessary
- Oversee a continues improvement for the QMS/ISMS tools and processes
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are recorded and reviewed as appropriate
- Work with all responsible stake holders to ensure all processes are tracked, up to date and followed accordingly
- Ensure risks are properly managed / delegated within the company
- Oversee the annual QMS & ISMS planning
- Lead the Management Review Process and follow up on action points

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to take discussions at high-level with business stakeholders
- Effective communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Capable of handling a dynamic, a changing environment and is not afraid to bring own ideas for improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**, **German is a plus.

This role is designed to be based in Zurich, Switzerland hence it would be great if you are eligible to live and work in CH.
