Finance and Administration Assistant

**Your mission**:
We are looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant (50%-70% part-time role) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Finance and Admin Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our Swiss entity's administrative activities.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Prepare and send out customer invoices
- Reconcile incoming payments and send out payment reminders to customers
- Maintain customer billing contacts
- Receive and process supplier invoices
- Prepare outgoing payments in eBanking and submit for approval
- Analyze reports from our payment services providers (e.g. Stripe, Twint, Sumup)
- Prepare monthly financial data and submit to corp. accounting
- Prepare business reports
Develop and maintain a filing and archiving system
- Manage office space in the entire region, order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Arrange travel and meetings for senior managers
**Who you’ll be playing with**:
You will be part of the Finance Team (15 people) based in our Swiss entity, reporting directly to the Regional Manager of Central Europe.
**Our Ideal "Player"**:
- Min. 2-3 years proven experience as a Finance and Administration Assistant or in a similar role
- Completed commercial apprenticeship ("KV") with professional maturity ("Berufsmatura") or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Understanding of billing and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native German-speaker
- High level of English
