**FUNCTION**:
Act as primary factory sales representative for A.L.P. Lighting to selected OEM accounts within their territory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accept responsibility for your Safety and the Safety of others by using Safety awareness to eliminate unsafe acts and correct unsafe conditions.
- Responsible for the successful achievement of market development, revenue and profitability goals for A.L.P. as defined by VP Sales.
- Participate in Lean events and initiatives to support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development, presentation and maintenance of pricing and promotional programs.
- Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely presentation of required reporting including but not limited to:

- Monthly-Market condition; Changes in sales, pipeline, opportunities, impediments to growth and competition.
- Annual-Market condition and opportunity assessment for region;
- Maintain account records in CRM sales database.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services
- Acquire a thorough knowledge of all A.L.P. products, services and capabilities.
- Host customer visits at A.L.P. facilities
- Responsible for any other special projects as assigned.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years related industry experience
- General knowledge of plastics processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal skills

**LOCATION/TRAVEL**:

- Live within the assigned territory
- Travel expected to be close to 50%, including time at A.L.P. factories
