**À propos du poste**:
Le poste de lead reporte au superviseur de production et est principalement responsable de coordonner et soutenir les activités d’un groupe de technciens dans la fabrication d’une substance pharmaceutique active selon des procedures strictes et rigoureuses (Bonnes pratiques de Fabrication).

**Comment vous contribuerez**:
Le lead:

- Attribue et distribue les différentes taches (fiches de travail) aux techniciens de production de son équipe selon les priorités définies dans le planning et selon le Standard Work, les cGMP ainsi que les régles EHS
- Assure la continuité des opérations en préparant les activités de l’équipe suivante
- Participe de manière régulière aux activités en zone de production selon ces domaines de compétences, Culture cellulaire, Purification et/ou Support à la production
- Participe et entretien une bonne collaboration entre techniciens, entre leads et entre superviseurs
- Assure le maintien de l’état des zones de production et la préparation d’audits
- Participe et assure la revue de documentation.
- Assure le relais entre les techniciens et le Superviseur de Production
- Supporte le superviseur dans le suivi de la progression, le développement et l’évaluation des techniciens
- Participe activement aux processus d’amélioration continue, stimule son groupe et sélectionne les projets à suivre.
- Back up du superviseur et possède la délégation du superviseur

Profil recherché
- CFC (options biotechnologie, chimie, alimentaire), BTS ou diplôme équivalent
- Minimum cinq années d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, agro-alimentaire ou chimique.
- Connaissance des règles de Bonne Pratiques de Fabrication (GMP)
- Bonnes connaissances techniques, à l’aise dans la manipulation d’installations techniques.
- Connaissances des procédés de Chromatographie
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite
- Méthode et rigueur dans le travail
- Caractère dynamique et volontaire
- Disponibilité et flexibilité avec un fort esprit d’équipe
- Maîtrise parfaite du français, anglais et un plus

**Profil recherché**
