Zur Ergänzung unseres Retail Schweiz Teams am Standort Zug, suchen wir zum 1. Juli oder nach Vereinbarung einen Team Leader Visual Merchandising (m/w/d) 100% für unsere Osteuropäische (EE) Märkte.

**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**:

- Verantwortung des Bereichs Visual Merchanding und Betreuung aller Wholesale;
- und Travel Retail Kunden EE
- Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs anhand ermittelter Kundenbedarfe inkl. Trainings & Workshops
- Sicherstellung von verkaufsfördernder und Corporate Identity gerechter Warenpräsentation am Point of Sale (Instore/Window) EE
- Gewährleistung ansprechender Warenpräsentation in den Showrooms im Rahmen der Kollektionsübergaben
- Verantwortung für Collection Communication "Storytelling" (von Showroom zu Point of Sale)
- Budgetverantwortung und Steuerung in Abstimmung mit dem Head Of Visual Merchandising, Marketing und Controlling
- Führung und Entwicklung von ca. 10 Mitarbeitende
- Fachliche Vertretung und Unterstützung der Führungskraft

**Das ist Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dekorationsgestalter oder im Textileinzelhandel
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Visual Merchandising Fashionbereich
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Hohe Reise
- und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und handwerkliches Geschick
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Organisationstalent
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Mode und Trends
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
- Geübter Umgang mit MS-Office
