**Description de minds**

**Minds **est une association de promotion de la santé mentale parmi la population genevoise, créée en 2018. Sa mission est de rendre chacun-e capable de préserver, entretenir et cultiver sa santé mentale, et de s’assurer que la société qui l’entoure lui en donne les moyens. Pour atteindre cet objectif, **minds **informe et sensibilise la population, développe les relations avec et dans le réseau des partenaires, et contribue à la recherche scientifique sur les facteurs qui influencent la santé mentale.

**Minds **ne s’inscrit pas dans le domaine des soins en santé mentale ni de l’accompagnement des personnes atteintes de troubles psychiques, mais se positionne en amont de la maladie, afin d’agir sur les facteurs socio-économiques, environnementaux et comportementaux de la santé mentale, à un niveau individuel et collectif.

Le ou la community manager-euse a pour mission de contribuer au développement de la stratégie de sensibilisation et de communication de **minds**, dont les buts principaux sont:
élaborer, diffuser et promouvoir une information positive, déculpabilisante et non-stigmatisante sur la santé mentale ; promouvoir les comportements et attitudes favorisant une bonne santé mentale pour soi et les autres ; encourager la demande d’aide et informer sur les ressources existantes à Genève ; apporter des connaissances fiables et documentées ; créer des espaces d’expression et libérer la parole.

**Objectifs principaux du poste**:
1. Animer et développer les communautés digitales de **minds**
2. Contribuer à la conception d’un dispositif digital visant à changer les comportements pour favoriser une bonne santé mentale
3. Soutenir les missions de communication

**Tâches confiées**:
Sous la supervision de la responsable communication et sensibilisation de **minds **et en collaboration avec l’équipe de **minds**, les tâches principales du poste sont les suivantes:
1. Animer et développer les communautés digitales de **minds**
- Mettre en œuvre et contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie digitale de **minds **:animer et développer les communautés digitales et réseaux sociaux de minds (YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Mailchimp, Application web, Site web de **minds**)
- Proposer et créer des contenus digitaux spécifiques pour chaque réseau en fonction des objectifs stratégiques
- Développer la production de contenus vidéo (recherche de concepts, script, messages, conception)
- Suivre et analyser les statistiques de fréquentation

2. Contribuer à la conception d’un dispositif digital visant à changer les comportements
- Rechercher des concepts-vidéos/infographies et messages de sensibilisation
- Fournir un soutien à la coordination du projet (en lien avec les prestataires web)

3. Soutenir les missions de communication
- Contribuer à l’animation du blog de **minds**: proposer des thèmes, contribuer à la rédaction des articles
- Contribuer à une veille proactive de sujets de santé mentale, santé publique, société, innovation etc
- Fournir un soutien à la conception des campagnes de sensibilisation thématiques de l’association (les _dossiers de minds_), la promotion des activités de recherche de
**minds **(l _’observatoire_) et des événements ( _minds talks_)

**Profil recherché**
- Formation universitaire ou supérieure dans un domaine utile au poste, (communication digitale, management des médias, marketing digital, publicité) Ecoles de communication
- Expérience souhaitée (1 an minimum) dans le domaine de la communication digitale et l’animation de communautés digitales (domaine d’intérêt public ou en santé publique un atout)
- Compétences en création de contenu visuel (Canva) suite Adobe (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign - un atout) et vidéo (montage vidéo un atout), CMS (wordpress ; autres CMS, Application web un atout)
- Connaissance des pratiques SEO SMO SMA, google analytics, KPI
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse : aisance à vulgariser, capacité à trouver un ton adapté à la mission et aux différents publics cibles
- Créativité, imagination et sens de l’innovation
- Intérêt pour les questions de prévention et de promotion en matière de santé publique et en particulier pour les questions de santé mentale
- Capacités collaboratives et de travail en équipe, ainsi que de travail indépendant et autonome
- Capacité à rechercher et à lire de la littérature scientifique un atout
- Langues : parfaite maîtrise du français, anglais/allemand un atout

**Conditions de travail**

Le lieu de travail est à Genève dans les bureaux de **minds**. Le poste est à pourvoir pour une **durée indéterminée, à 60% **avec une entrée en fonction dès que possible. Vous rejoindrez une petite équipe motivée, au sein de locaux agréables et un environnement convivial.
