**Strategic Projects and Community Manager**:
**Your mission**:
**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Support CIBM’s scientific and institutional outreach program in close cooperation with the Institute's Executive Director and the Administrative Officers and ensure timelines are kept;
- Contribute to the strategic development of the institute and its promotion by supporting CIBM’s involvement in national collaborations and networks;
- Support the Executive Director and the institute in developing strong communication ties between the partner Institutes (CHUV, HUG, UNIGE, EPFL, UNIL), faculty members and researchers;
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement at collaboration sites, providing support to domain directors, supervisors, and ensuring region-wide participation of national institutes in the training activities and encourage partners networking to share training resources;
- Coordinate between the Executive Director and IT team to ensure accessibility and reliability of tools and systems;
- Support the implementation of specific scientific projects, including administrative and financial procedures and drafting inputs for grant proposals and donor reports;
- Be responsible for identifying, reviewing and/or developing social media content and media communications, as well as putting together key technical documentation;
- Communication of project content with project partners and representatives from science, industry, politics and the general public;
- Support the organization of events: public lectures, workshops, conferences;
- Represent CIBM in relevant scientific meetings and conferences

**Your profile:
- MSc. Degree in natural sciences, biomedical engineering, bioinformatics;
- Knowledge of neuroimaging methodologies or ability to quickly build understanding;
- Being scientifically interested and have a high degree of independence, flexibility and resilience;
- Business fluency in English (oral and written, other swiss national languages is an advantage);
- Ability and interest to work with a multi-national academic environment;
- Strong work ethic;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to engage in teamwork;
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills;
- Software proficiency (MS Office, web editing experience is an advantage)
