For our site in Lengnau we are looking for **Site Transformation and Project Management Specialist**
This is a unique role to be a change ambassador and strongly influence an implementation of site evolution
- Responsible for the management of diverse projects in the area of site communication & transformation, administration, change management and culture throughout their entire lifecycle and ensuring their successful execution
- Support of the Site Leadership Team with the execution of site transformation activites in line with the site vision, culture evolution, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adjustments and best practices
- Creating and implementing successful communications plans for all kind of projects in collaboration with HR and other stakeholder
- Support VP/GM and SLT as lead support for writing, editing and distributing communication initiatives, prepare town halls and site events and other
- Perform additional tasks in support of VP/GM site operations.

**Technical Responsibilities**
- Supports culture of transparency and empowerment, and ensures communications are delivered in a coordinated manner and culture transformation targest are met
- Works closely with the VP/GM and the Site Leadership Team to support site initiatives aligned with the company’s Mission and 4i Values
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate activities and identify and resolve problems.
- Coordinate between functional areas to ensure communication needs and harmonized standards are met.
- Takes an active role in organizing site events with all the employees to foster the 4i values and sense of belonging to Thermo Fisher
- Works collaboratively with SLT and people leaders to potential for improvement and to achieve transformation goals
**Quality**
- Adheres to general cGMP rules, Quality policies, porcedures and instruction as rolled out by the Quality function and endorsed by the site management.
- Acitvely contributes to continuous quality improvement initiatives and deviation reporting and follow-up.
**EHSS**
- Adheres to general safety rules, policies, procedures and instructions as rolled out by the EHSS functions and endorsed by the site management.
- Actively contributes to safety initiatives and issues as well as near miss reporting and follow-up.

**What are our expectations**:
**Education**
- Further education (FH/University) in economics, psychology, communication, organization, management or culture
- 3-5 years of experience in transformation and communication initiatives/projects
- Science industry experience a plus
**Experience & Competences**
- Strong writer, editor and communicator (written and oral) in English and German
- Proven ability to translate complex messages into easy to understand informations
- First experience and passion for transformation and change management
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Excellent PowerPoint and MS Office skills
- Good problem-solving skills, e.g., ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify root cause problems and improvement opportunities, formulate a range of achievable options, outline relative strengths, build consensus for a preferred solution
- Collaborative, strong team player
- High-energy, self-directed and goal-oriented
- Sense of humor and flexibility are key
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on mentality, with the ability to be strategic and capability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
**Additional Requirements**
- Travel % - currently not required
- Other special requirements - work mainly on Site in Lengnau (Home office rule 1day/week)
