Le Technicien Support Packaging Operations aura pour mission de supporter les activités de conditionnement dans le respect de la réglementation cGMPs. Il devra se conformer aux procédures définies par le système qualité du site pharmaceutique.

QUALIFICATIONS/CONNAISSANCES EXIGÉES
- Avoir une formation initiale de niveau CFC, une expérience de 5 ans dans la production pharmaceutique dont idéalement 3 ans comme technicien dans l’industrie Pharmaceutique.
- Connaître l’environnement BPF / GMP et avoir une bonne connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique, notamment dans le conditionnement de formes sèches (mise en blister, mise en bouteille, mise en étui, mise en wallet)
- Avoir une parfaite maîtrise du français et bonne compréhension en anglais (niveau B1).
- Etre polyvalent, organisé et rigoureux et avoir de grandes qualités relationnelles afin de collaborer avec les équipes de production ainsi qu’avec les services support.
- Communiquer de façon claire et adaptée avec les services support
- Avoir un esprit critique et être force de proposition dans un but d’amélioration continue.
- Être autonome et faire preuve d’initiative.
- Avoir des connaissances des outils informatiques (Word, Excel) et d’un MES.
- Partager son savoir et former les opérateurs sur des équipements de conditionnement.
- Avoir un grand sens des relations humaines tant en interne à l’équipe qu’avec les départements support à la production (Maintenance, Qualité, Validation, Logistique).
- Participer à des projets pluridisciplinaires.
- Etre capable d’écrire et interpréter des documents techniques.
- Etre capable de réaliser des présentations devant un groupe de personnes.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Mettre en place un change control et suivre des étapes du plan action.
- Assurer la prise en charge et le suivi des actions CAPA / CCR qui lui ont été attribué.
- Assurer la rédaction et le suivi des URS et protocoles pour les requis Packaging.
- Passer les commandes pour le packaging et assurer le suivi de celles-ci.
- Effectuer la revue des lots techniques et de validation.
- Être SME concernant les projets packaging.
- Assurer la réalisation des opérations de production des lots techniques et de validation en environnement GMP et travailler de façon autonome.
- Créer/modifier des documents techniques nécessaires au fonctionnement des équipements de conditionnement (instructions d’utilisation, de nettoyage) jusqu’à validation (si applicable).
- Se conformer aux directives et instructions définies dans le système qualité de notre site pharmaceutique.
- Contrôler, enregistrer et compléter les documents de travail pré-établis pour assurer un suivi des opérations réalisées (NVP, protocoles, etc ).
- Participer et être support aux activités de qualification / validation.
- Se conformer aux objectifs de production, notamment au respect du planning projet établi.
- Être Backup pour la revue des lots commerciaux
- Se conformer aux règles de sécurité et de sûreté du site pharmaceutique.
- Annoncer les situations dangereuses, les presqu’accidents/incidents et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur le site auprès de son responsable direct et auprès du département HSE / EHS.
