- Waren
- und Dienstleistungsbeschaffung bei Dritten
- Erarbeitung und Überwachen von Bestellungen unter Einhaltung aller Richtlinien und Verfahren sowie Bearbeiten von Lieferantenrechnungen und Klärung offener Anfragen
- Bearbeiten von Abweichungen zwischen Bestellung, Lieferung und Rechnungsstellung inkl. Rechnungsfreigabe
- Erfassen von Wareneingängen anhand der Lieferpapiere bzw. Rapporte
- Abstimmung der Rechnungsstellung, Erstellung und Versand von Kundenrechnungen sowie regelmässige Abstimmungen mit den Kunden bzgl. offenen Rechnungen
- Erstellen von Auswertungen, Statistiken, Berichten usw. welche zur Ausübung der Auftragsadministration notwendig sind
- Unterstützung der operativen Leitungen zur Erreichung der Bereichsziele in administrativer Hinsicht
- Support der operativen Bereiche bei Kreditoreneröffnungen, Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten bei Fragen zur Rechnungsstellung
- Supportleistungen wie Protokollführungen, Erstellung von Ergebnisberichten und Dokumentationen, usw.
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung monatlicher Management Reports für den Kunden sowie Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichte

Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (erste Berufserfahrung aber nicht zwingend) im technischen und/ oder Dienstleistungsbereich
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten / Integrative Arbeitsweise
- Arbeiten mit Auftragssystemen und Datenapplikationen sowie MS-Office
- Sicher in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Teamfähig, dienstleistungsorientiert sowie detailbewusst und methodisch in der Vorgehensweise
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischknetnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
