On behalf of an important Festival Organization company in Ticino, Mendrisio we are looking for the following profile:
**Tasks**:
Event Manager - fluent in Italian and English, German and French +

Invoices

Making contacts and dealing with Food Shops

Contact with Musical Artists, organize the whole Logistics, Flights tickets, shuttle bus

Contacts with future employees

Contacts with Providers

**Profile**:
Passion for the Events organization and Music

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the events field

Education completed in administrative/commercial and/or in Event Organization

Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mother tongue or C2) and Italian

Perfect knowledge of MS Office Suite

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

Ability to work under pressure

Good attention to detail, integrity and professionalism

Office based in Mendrisio, Ticino

**Salary**: CHF4,000.00 /year
