**Description**

Unsere Geschäftseinheit Netzautomatisierung verfügt über ein umfassendes Portfolio an Lösungen. Diese reichen von der Automatisierung von Umspannwerken, Kommunikationsnetzen, Netzautomatisierungsdiensten, Grid Edge Solutions bis hin zu Unternehmenssoftwarelösungen. Diese Lösungen richten sich an alle Schlüsselsegmente in Verbindung mit dem Energiesystem, einschließlich Erzeugung, Übertragung, Verteilung, Industrie, Transport und Infrastruktur.

Das Service Projektabwicklungsteam in der Schweiz ist für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Serviceprojekten und das Management von Service Level Agreements (SLA) für den lokalen
- sowie Exportmarkt zuständig.

Als **Service Project Manager** (m/w/d) leitest SLAs sowie Serviceprojekte aller Couleur (Erweiterungen, Upgrades, Nachrüstungen) im Zusammenhang mit Schutz
- und Steuerungssystemen, Kommunikationsprodukten und SCADA-Systemen innerhalb unserer Organisation.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Leitung von Serviceaufträgen und -Agreements im Bereich Netzautomatisierung, Erweiterungen, Nachrüstungen und Upgrades, mit dem Ziel, Projekte Termingerecht, budgetkonform und im definierten Umfang abzuschließen.
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden, Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Industriestandards und Vertragsanforderungen.
- Auftragsbezogenes Risikomanagement mit der Umsetzung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Planung und Implementierung von Problemlösung.
- Einsatz von ERP-Systemen und anderen Tools zur Verwaltung von SLA und Serviceprojekten.
- Durchführung von Projektreviews für das Management und Kunden.
- Unterstützung des Servicevertriebs durch operatives Feedback zur Verbesserung von Offerten und des Serviceportfolios.

**Ihr Profil**
- Technische Grundausbildung, bevorzugt mit Abschluss (BSc) in Ingenieurwesen, Management, Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im SLA-Management, im Kundenprojektmanagement, als Projektingenieur, in der Industrie, Energiesektor oder einer ähnlichen Branche
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Schutz und Steuerung, Kommunikationsprodukte, SCADA-Systeme oder Neugier und die Bereitschaft, sich die Grundlagen schnell und selbständig anzueignen
- Gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementkonzepten und -techniken (PMP oder PMI)
- Hervorragende Analyse-, Problemlösungs
- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten
- Hands-on Mentalität kombiniert mit einer kunden
- und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache. Französisch oder Italienisch ist ein großes Plus
- Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten sowie sich an wechselnde Umgebungen und Kundenanforderungen anzupassen
