Nous recherchons en exclusivité pour un de nos clients, entreprise mondiale de premier plan **un(e) Digital Communication Coordinator.**

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Co-développe et exécute une stratégie de communication pour les sites web, la communication numérique et le SoMe.
- Soutient la stratégie de notre présence sur les canaux numériques pertinents (sites web, blogs, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn..) en collaboration avec le Marketing Manager.
- Coordonne et exécute le contenu du site Web et du SoMe conformément aux directives
- Assurer une meilleure expérience utilisateur dans le but d’augmenter l’expérience de la marque.
- Évaluer et surveiller les performances de notre site Web grâce à Google Analytics et proposer des contre-mesures ou des activités d’amélioration.
- Participe aux réunions internes et fournit des rapports pertinents aux fonctions internes
- Organise des réunions avec les agences : réunions plénières et en petit comité.
- Proposer et co-définir les KPI pertinents pour toutes les activités afin d’assurer une réalisation constante des objectifs et proposer des contre-mesures si nécessaire (PDCA)
- Veille à ce que les délais et les budgets soient respectés
- Distribue les KPI à l’organisation
- Soutient la mise en œuvre de nouveaux projets numériques, pilotés par d’autres départements
- Développe et coordonne les nouveaux sites web des concessionnaires

**Sites web**
- Développe et propose des actions pour augmenter le trafic sur le site web.
- Maintenir le site web toujours à jour (expérience utilisateur et minimum de clics pour atteindre le but)
- Assurer un parcours client fluide et efficace
- Détecter et alerter en cas de problèmes techniques du site web

**Communication numérique**
- Exécuter et suivre la communication numérique avec l’équipe de communication.
- Contrôler le respect du timing et des KPI des campagnes.

**SoMe**
- Gérer la communauté SoMe (contenu, agenda et modération).
- Concevoir des « call to actions » cohérentes pour les campagnes d’acquisition et/ou de visibilité.
- Maintenir en permanence l’analyse des meilleures pratiques des concurrents

**Global**:

- Assure et véhicule la voix de la marque et les valeurs de l’entreprise, pour mieux la faire connaître aux internautes en créant et publiant régulièrement du contenu à valeur ajoutée sur les blogs, sites et espaces communautaires
- Surveille la concurrence et analyse le comportement des consommateurs afin de sentir les tendances du marché
- Effectuer des analyses de tendances, suivre les évolutions en termes de » story telling » dans la zone géographique couverte par nos filiales
- Assurer la coordination et le contact permanent entre les différentes agences ou prestataires partenaires et optimiser leur efficacité pour notre marché national.
- Exécute et suit les campagnes de communication (lancements et produits)
- Apporte le soutien nécessaire aux réseaux de vente pour toutes les demandes liées à la stratégie de communication numérique ou à la promotion de la marque.
- Proposer des KPI pour toutes les activités et collaborer au processus PDCA pour mesurer les résultats par rapport aux objectifs et proposer des contre-mesures si nécessaire.
- Assure le suivi des performances et de l’amélioration de la notoriété de la marque
- Contribue au développement de projets ou d’activités avec d’autres départements.

**Qualifications, compétences et expérience requises**:
**- Bilingue français et allemand et très bonne connaissance de l’anglais (SINE QUA NON)**
- Orienté(e) vers la clientèle
- Désireux d’apprendre constamment l’environnement numérique en constante évolution
- Excellentes compétences administratives et organisationnelles avec une bonne capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Excellent esprit d’équipe
- Proactif avec un haut niveau d’initiative
- Forte capacité d’analyse
- Capacité à gérer des projets
- Rigoureux, autonome, organisé
- Esprit d’amélioration continue
- A l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Excellente connaissance du webmarketing
- Bonne compréhension des principaux leviers du marketing digital (SEO & SEA)
- Parfaite connaissance des principaux SoMe (FB, Insta, Tiktok, LindedIn, Twitter)
- Passion pour l’écriture et l’audiovisuel
- Bonne communication et bonne capacité d’expression orale
- Créatif et flexible pour répondre à l’évolution rapide du marché
- Curieux et ayant une bonne connaissance des marchés
- Diplôme en communication ou en marketing digital
- Disponible pour voyager en Suisse et en Europe

Salaire : CHF75'000.00 à CHF85'000.00 par an
