TOM PARKER ist ein schweizerischer Vermittler von Fach
- und Führungskräften, spezialisiert auf Stellen im Einkauf.

Für unseren Kunden in Zürich sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/einer **Head of Operations (m/w/d).
**Deine Herausforderung**:Bist du bereit, als Head of Operations die Verantwortung für den gesamten Maschinenpark und die Logistik der Schweiz zu übernehmen? In dieser strategischen und operativen Führungsrolle steuerst du ein Team von 15 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst dafür, dass die technischen und logistischen Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren. Mit über 1000 Geräte in der Schweiz bist du der Garant für höchste Betriebsbereitschaft und Qualität.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und personelle Führung des Technik
- und Logistikteams in der Schweiz
- Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft und Optimierung des Maschinenparks
- Monitoring der Störungsmeldungen und Sicherstellung schneller Problemlösungen
- Implementierung effizienter Prozesse und Qualitätssteigerungsmassnahmen
- Planung, Installation und Umrüstung von Automaten
- Kontrolle der Zahlungseingänge sowie Analyse der Umsatzberichte und Strategieberatung
- Technischer Support und Deeskalation bei Kundenreklamationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Verkauf, Logistik, HR, IT)

**Dein Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im technischen oder logistischen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Organisation und Motivation von Teams
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Systemen und der Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
