WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant
- Provide further support to the CTO and team members
- Support the internal handling of invoices, expenses and meeting of deadlines
- Assist in travel management topics for the Group
- Assist in the creation of training plans and the preparation of workshops
- Support the organization of team events
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Currently studying for your Bachelor’s Degree in either Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- First work experience in a corresponding field would be an advantage
- Advanced user knowledge in Office 365, especially SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Pro-active, open-minded with excellent relationship-building skills
- Professional level in English and German
