**ServiceNow Consultant**

For one of our clients, a Swiss Tech-Giant, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join a dynamic team

**Location**: Zürich (Hybrid)

**Contract**: 12+ months, open to permanent

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Responsibilities**
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management
- Develop customized ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports
- Provide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase
- Collaborate with client teams to develop solutions that provide value to their business processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant
- ServiceNow certification(s)
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and experience configuring various modules
- Experience in ServiceNow integration with other systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of ITIL framework and process
- German C1 is required, as you will be working in the Swiss market
