**What you will do**

Digital partnership is a key growth area and we are hiring a new position Head of Partner Solution, Zurich Digital Partners. This is a role that is critical to deliver simple, successful programs to partners.

This role will lead and write Zurich’s response and implementation to RFI/RFPs that are complex and require solutioning across multiple functions and/or geographies. It simplifies complex setup to simple solution.

This role is the single interface and project manages across internal and external parties to deliver our proposal, ultimately winning partnerships with clear business impact. In addition, it makes sure the right resources are in the project team. It is not a coordination role and rather a senior problem-solving role.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead solution design for partners and be the single point of contact across a partner’s lifecycle
- Ensure partner needs are fulfilled and resources are prioritized for execution
- Manage implementation squad across functions and countries (include UW, Tech, Legal and Claims for input)
- Write clear and compelling RFIs / RFPs / proposals (ppt / word) and business cases
- Work with partners from signing to deal implementation and continuously understand partner needs
- End to end accountability of successful bidding and deal implementation
- Set up an appropriate process for engaging senior stakeholders to address key challenges and resourcing issues
- Optimize deal implementation process over time

**What you bring**
- University degree in Business administration or equivalent
- 7+ years working experience in Customer & Distribution / Business Development / UW & Proposition function, ideally having worked in more than 1 function
- Previous partner solutioning experience in Financial Services, Retail, and / or High Tech
- Experience in both digital business and UW is a strong plus
- Exceptional project management skills, scrum master preferred
- Strong execution mindset with a fast pace of delivery against tight deadlines
- Strong presentation skills for written proposals in PPT and Word
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect to different functions, countries
- Ability to influence horizontally and vertically with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to get up to speed quickly on a highly technical and complex business problems
