Maternity Nurse

**Location**: Wollerau, Switzerland
**Duration**: 1 Month

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Maternity Nurse to provide professional care and support for a new mother and newborn in Wollerau, Switzerland. The role requires fluency in English and will involve a 1-month contract, offering full-time, live-in assistance.
As a Maternity Nurse, you will work closely with the family to ensure the well-being and comfort of both the mother and the baby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is experienced, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional postpartum care.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Newborn Care: Assist with feeding (breastfeeding support, bottle feeding, etc.), diaper changing, bathing, and ensuring overall comfort and health of the baby.
- Postpartum Support: Provide guidance and care to the mother during her recovery, including physical and emotional support, breastfeeding assistance, and ensuring she is well-rested.
- Sleep and Routine Assistance: Help establish a sleep and feeding routine for the baby, ensuring both the baby and mother are supported during the night and day.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor the health of both mother and baby, identifying any potential issues and providing appropriate guidance.
- Household Support: Light housekeeping related to baby care (e.g., washing baby clothes, organizing nursery, etc.).
- Educate and Advise: Offer practical advice on baby care, feeding techniques, and postpartum recovery.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a maternity nurse, midwife, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of newborn care and postpartum recovery.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a family team.
- A caring and supportive attitude toward the family’s needs.
- Flexibility and availability for a 1-month period.

**Salary**: CHF 350 gross per day.
