**Your tasks**:
- Coordinate research collaborations and partnerships within the institutes and with the industry, governmental agencies, non-profits, and other academic institutions
- Manage protection and licensing of intellectual property
- Support entrepreneurs at HSG and interaction with HSG entrepreneurs on topics related to IP/ IP Transfer
- Manage exchange of HSG researchers with industry, research centers and institutions, policymakers, and the public administration.
**Your profile**:
- We expect from you:
- University Master's degree in economics or in a related field, preferably with a focus on technology
- Professional experience (at least 4-5 years) in project management or technology transfer
- Own start-up experience is helpful, but not a prerequisite
- Very good German and English skills as well as analytical skills and creative thinking
- Professional and self-confident appearance, high commitment and motivation, ability to work in a team as well as independently and proactively

The Prorectorate of Innovation and Quality (P-IQ) at the University of St. Gallen Gallen is looking for a Research and Knowledge Transfer Expert (M/F/d) (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. The main role is to coordinate research activities across the Institutes and work closely with the research and development centres and groups, as well as individual researchers, postgraduate supervisors, and prin-cipal investigators, to identify knowledge and technology transfer opportunities, funding opportunities, and opportunities for research collaboration at regional, national and international levels.
