Im Bereich Key Clients akquirieren, beraten und betreuen wir vermögende und anspruchsvolle Private Banking Kund:innen, Private Institutionals, Unternehmer:innen, Stiftungen sowie die ZKB Philanthropie Stiftung.

Suchst du eine spannende Führungsfunktion mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Gestaltungsspielraum? Als Teamleiter:in Key Clients Management Support stellst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Führungsunterstützung sicher und verantwortest die Stabsaufgaben für den Bereich Key Clients.

Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Nachbarteams Business Development & Quality und Business Partners stellst du mit deinem Team ein effizientes, effektives, risikokontrolliertes und kundenzentriertes Business Management des Bereichs sicher.
- Auf Basis eines regen Austauschs mit der Führungscrew des Bereichs planst und steuerst du die Aufgaben und Kapazitäten der Führungsunterstützung proaktiv und vorausschauend.
- Du koordinierst und priorisierst die nötigen internen und bereichsübergreifenden Stabsaufgaben und initiierst laufend Verbesserungen und Prozessanpassungen.
- Du treibst Prozesse voran, entwickelst innovative Lösungen und vertrittst den Bereich Key Clients in bereichsübergreifenden Gremien.
- Du erarbeitest Konzepte, Anträge und Stellungnahmen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und arbeitest im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit.
- Du führst, coachst und entwickelst ein erfahrenes Team von sechs Mitarbeitenden und stellst sicher, dass diese auch künftigen Anforderungen gewachsen sind.

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss an einer Universität, Fachhochschule oder höheren Fachschule mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder ähnlichem Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Vertriebs
- und Führungserfahrung (vorzugsweise im Bereich HNWI/UHNWI oder vertriebsnahen Stäben)
- Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und gemeinsamer Zielerreichung
- Empathische, belastbare und leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit starkem Organisationstalent
- Hohe Sozial
- & Verhandlungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit überzeugendem Auftritt
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein gekoppelt mit dem Mut und Willen, den Gestaltungs
- und Entscheidungsspielraum im Verantwortungsbereich wahrzunehmen
- Ausgezeichneter Umgang mit PowerPoint, sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Outlook & Excel, von Vorteil auch in SharePoint, Confluence und OneNote
