- Du bist der Meister der Einkaufs
- und Transportlogistik und das Herzstück unserer Wertschöpfungskette. Gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Beschaffung und Projektmanagement arbeitest du an der stetigen Verbesserung der Leistung und Effizienz unserer Lieferkette.
- Du analysierst Geschäftsabläufe mit deinem scharfen Blick für Details und entwickelst innovative Organisationsformen und Abläufe für unser Materialmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of Logistics.
- IT-Lösungen zur Disposition und Lagerverwaltung? Kein Problem für dich Du erarbeitest die richtigen Abläufe mit unserem Materialwirtschaftsteam und passt sie bedarfsgerecht an, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten.
- Du bist der Champion der Bestandsverwaltung, Auftragsabwicklung und Bedarfsplanung. Effizienz und Genauigkeit sind deine ständigen Begleiter.
- Als Koordinator, Steuermann und kontinuierlicher Verbesserer unserer innerbetrieblichen Einkaufs-Prozesse sorgst du dafür, dass alles wie am Schnürchen läuft.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bist ein erfahrener Profi und hast bereits erfolgreich Wertschöpfungsprozesse geleitet und optimiert.
- Deine Ausbildung (FH oder Uni) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einem verwandten Bereich bringt dir das nötige Fundament mit.
- Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Beschaffung, Lagerhaltung, Transport, Distribution, Projektmanagement und IT in der Baubranche machen dich zum Experten.
- Du liebst Technologie und weisst, wie du IT-Systeme nutzen kannst, um unsere Supply Chain-Prozesse zu verbessern. Mit ERP-Systemen kennst du dich bestens aus, und MS Office ist für dich ein Kinderspiel.
- Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in MS Access, Datenbanken und SQL sind definitiv ein Plus.
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben, Daten, Informationen und Prozesse transparent zu dokumentieren. Analytisches Denken und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sind deine Superkräfte.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und meisterst auch komplexe Aufgaben mit Leichtigkeit.
- Selbstständigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist technikaffin, denkst unternehmerisch und handelst vorausschauend.
- In einem komplexen und internationalen Umfeld fühlst du dich zuhause.
- Flache Hierarchien und agile Strukturen sind für dich kein Problem. Du rockst jede Matrix-Organisation
