Für unseren Kunden in **Basel **sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/einer **Head of Supply Chain **(m/w/d) **.
**De **ine **Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung dafür, dass die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette reibungslos funktioniert. Dabei begleitest du den Prozess von der Übergabe eines Projekts bis zur Auslieferung der fertigen Produkte.
- Du leitest die Teams in den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, strategische und operative Beschaffung, Logistik sowie Montage. Dabei koordinierst und motivierst du die Mitarbeiter, um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen.
- Du analysierst und optimierst die Prozesse innerhalb der Supply Chain, um sowohl die Kostenstruktur zu verbessern als auch die langfristige Lieferfähigkeit des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass alle notwendigen Materialien für die Produktion in ausreichender Menge und Qualität zur Verfügung stehen, um Verzögerungen zu vermeiden.
- Du entwickelst und pflegst Kennzahlensysteme (Scorecards), um den Erfolg und die Effizienz der Supply-Chain-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu überwachen und zu steuern.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management in einem internationalen Produktionsunternehmen. Erfahrungen in der Kunststoff
- oder Compounding-Industrie sind von Vorteil.
- Du hast bereits Projekte im Bereich Prozessoptimierung erfolgreich geleitet und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen mit.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift, auch im technischen Kontext. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Du besitzt ein unternehmerisches Denken und strebst danach, gemeinsam im Team Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Dabei hast du die Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren und zu inspirieren.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch und strukturiert, und du bringst eine charismatische, ambitionierte Persönlichkeit mit, die es versteht, über verschiedene kulturelle Grenzen hinweg erfolgreich zu agieren.Du bist bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen, um beispielsweise Lieferantenaudits durchzuführen oder globale Beschaffungsprozesse zu koordinieren.
