**How will you make an impact?**

This is a high impact global Senior Product Manager role that will build and drive the innovation pipeline by using the Pragmatic Marketing Framework and following internal Stage Gate commercialization process with key activities including market assessments, Win/Loss analysis, assessments, Portfolio and Lifecycle management, Use Scenarios, lead generation, sales readiness and support.

**What will you do?**

You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies and support the business performance for the Clinical Label Services portfolio. The position requires significant internal and external thought leadership, strategic marketing skills, and the ability to influence across a wide variety of functions/roles.

In addition, this leader will support strategy development; define and lead roadmaps, launch new service offerings; and integrate multiple service offerings across business units to build outstanding value for our clients. Once solutions are launched portfolio management will be important to optimize value creation for clients throughout the lifecycle.

You will also be a strategic leader in understanding critical customer requirements in comparator sourcing within the clinical trial supply chain. Travel is about 25%
- Ensure product portfolio addresses market needs and drive continuous improvements where needed to maintain and/or improve market penetration and share position.
- Establish and lead strategic critical initiatives to support the overall business strategy, which includes the development and launch service line offerings.
- Conduct voice-of-the-customer activities, assess market trends and competition offerings to develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen the product line’s business advantage.
- Lead the innovation process through Voice of Market and Voice of Client work and define multi-generational service line roadmaps
- Partner with Cross-functional teams to commercialize solutions that meet quality and regulatory requirements
- Assess the competitive landscape for significant shifts and implications for the business
- Build and deliver sales training in collaboration with other functions to ensure that the Go To market initiatives are understood and delivered across the organization
- Interacts with varying levels of collaborators including direct client communication and public presentation
- Support a learning culture of continuous improvement by identifying and actively participating in and/or leading process improvement and organizational change initiatives as needed

**How will you get here?**

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Engineering, Business, or STEM field required
- Master’s degree or an advanced degree like a Ph.D./MBA useful

**Experience**
- 5+ years of product management, program management, or related business experience within life sciences industry
- Experience working in environments with strong cross-functional and/or Matrix environment
- Product life-cycle management including portfolio planning, product rationalization, collecting Voice of Customer, Market Research, Market Strategy, Value Based Pricing.
- Experience in developing and implementing Long-Range Roadmap (3-5 years) that includes development/optimization and launching instrument platforms
- Experience leading teams and influencing others
- Strong financial skills and history of shown customer focus

**Preferred Experience**
- Exhibits excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills, in order to inspire through persuasive presentation of information
- Product marketing and product management (upstream / strategic marketing) skills including the launch of new products or services.
- Demonstrates strong strategic and tactical thinking, creativity and ability to see “big picture” viewpoint.
- Use practical techniques to identify the entire market, truly listen to it and become its messenger.
- Influence at a senior level without direct authority.
- Adept at distilling and presenting sophisticated concepts in simple terms verbally and visually.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech industry and market.
- Direct and relational leadership skills.
- Project management experience.
