- We are looking for a Compliance Manager Human Rights in our Legal department reporting directly to the Head of Compliance and Data Privacy. You are a dynamic, open-minded, innovative, and flexible individual, who takes initiatives independently, can multi-task and shift priorities as needed, and who enjoys the networking and social collaboration with high team spirit.- In this role you are responsible for coordinating the Human Rights reporting and due diligence requirements across the globe. This position can be in Switzerland or in another country, such as for example Germany, France, UK, and the US.**Your tasks**
- Manage revision and publication of the Human Rights Policy
- Conduct legal research on changing legal and regulatory landscape involving this topic
- Define human rights governance (e.g. process documentation, SOPs, roles and responsibilities, approvals, KPI tracking and regular review, etc.)
- Support in conducting Human Rights Due diligence / Human Rights Impact Assessment in identified GCs
- Establish and implement HR risk management system and maintain the risk registry
- Regularly re-assess human rights risks
- Develop modern slavery action plan and mitigation actions (UK, AUS, California and other countries as required)
- On a yearly basis report on modern slavery reporting requirements in the relevant countries
- Conduct training programs to cover Human Rights aspects
- Support in building the BPDD process for Supplier and Vendor covering Human Rights aspects
- Implement monitoring system to track and evaluate HRDD framework

**Your profile**
- University degree with a legal background
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Specialization in Human Rights
- Good understanding of Human Rights law and ESG (corporate perspective)
- Ability to transfer legal requirements into project deliverables
- Project management skills
- English language on a business fluent level, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus
