For the Swiss Market, we are currently looking for a Business Partnering Lead in Lausanne, Switzerland.

In this position, you will ensure that the market’s strategy yields the expected value, against acceptable levels of risk. You will provide the CCO with the relevant financial perspective and actively identify business opportunities to grow the net revenues or to optimize costs.

You will partner with commercial counterparts in continuous optimization of the commercial engine. As well as master data analytics and financial modeling, use compelling storytelling to influence market’s decision making process and continuously expand your eye for business in order to remain a relevant counterpart to the CCO.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage financial models adequately translating commercial initiatives across consumer journey (acquisition, retention) into financial output (users, volume, revenues)
- Possess a deep understanding of the commercial engine and use it to consolidate commercial initiatives into consistent business plan for the market.
- Constructively challenge existing value stream to find opportunities for expanding return on investment. Recommend actions to implement improvements.
- Role model data driven mindset, anchor all recommendations in strong analysis of existing data and evidence.
- Drive the market intelligence effort of the organization and distill relevant insights to drive decision making, proactively analyze the market and competitive behaviors across channels and platforms.
- Identify pricing opportunities and prepare the recommendation for the management.
- Represent Finance in all key initiatives of the affiliate and drive/support investment decisions resulting in efficient return on investment.
- Model the risks and rewards of a given action path, translate it into financial outcome.
- Responsible to coordinate, prepare and ensure accuracy of some PMI reporting

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- University / College Degree
- Strong finance discernment as well as commercial focus
- Demonstrated capacity to organize and prioritize work to meet changing requirements
- Strong collaboration spirit to get work done
- Clear leadership capabilities, with excellent collaborator management & communication skills
- Capacity to solve sophisticated problems
- Innovative and challenging attitude
- Proficiency in English and in French or German
