**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Was dich erwartet**:

- Zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle prozessbezogenen Kundenanliegen und Sicherstellen des internen/externen Informationsflusses auf verschiedenen Ebenen
- Verantwortung für die zeitnahe interne Bearbeitung und weitere Koordination durch die zuständigen Fachstellen
- Sicherstellen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses bei wiederkehrenden strukturellen Problemen im Betrieb
- Organisation und Moderation von monatlichen Betriebsmeetings mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
- Controlling und Analyse der Customer Experience entlang der Dienstleistungskette (Customer Journey)
- Pflege und Administration von Kundendokumenten

**Deine Skills**:
**Was du fachlich mitbringst**:

- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in oder Interesse an komplexen IT-Umgebungen
- Analytisch-methodische Arbeitsweise und gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Organisatorisches Geschick, exakter Umgang mit Zahlen sowie verbindliches Zeitmanagement

- Stufengerechte Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsstärke im Kontakt mit IT-Spezialisten im Geschäftskundenumfeld sowie mit internen Schnittstellen
