Solar Project Engineer

Für ein führendes Solarunternehmen in Solothurn suchen wir einen Solar Project Engineer (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen befindet sich an der Spitze der Energiewende und bietet flexible Lösungen für die Nutzung von Solarenergie.
Deine Aufgaben- Technische Unterstützung und Expertise für das Vertriebsteam.
- Nutzung deiner CRM-Erfahrung zur Optimierung von Prozessen.
- Teilnahme an Ortsbesichtigungen, um technische Lösungen vor dem Verkauf von Projekten anzubieten.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards bei Projekten.
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Organisation und Planung der PV-Installationen sowie bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Installations-Teams (inkl. Elektriker, Dachdecker und Subunternehmer).
- In Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Customer Experience, regelmäßige Kommunikation aller relevanten Projektinformationen sowohl intern als auch extern zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Fliessend in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in erneuerbaren Energien, Architektur, Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Photovoltaik- und Elektroindustrie, insbesondere im gewerblichen und industriellen Sektor.
- Erfahrung mit Software-Tools wie PV-Sol zur Gestaltung moderner PV-Systeme.
- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung vollständiger elektrischer Berechnungen.
- Kompetenz im Lesen von Bauzeichnungen und Spezifikationen.
- Flexibilität sowohl im Team als auch selbstständig zu arbeiten.
- Projekt- und/oder Teammanagement-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen und Prioritäten gut zu managen.
- Teamgeist zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele und Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Leidenschaft für die Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit dem Klimawandel ist ein Plus.
- Mitarbeit in einem schnell wachsenden Solarunternehmen, das an der Spitze der dezentralen Energie-Revolution steht.
