**Shopper Activation Manager (M/F/d) - 9m contract**
**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:
The Shopper Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for:
- Developing, producing, coordinating and controlling all below the line (BTL)-programs, POS-materials and trade communications at national / regional levels of consumer health brands.
- Understanding category & shopper insights and use these to develop meaningful, disruptive Shopper communication & activities at POS.
- all in-store BTL and promotions, both online and offline, Trade promotion and Shopper activation activities, across all selected brands and channels.
- Deliver (cost) efficient and effective POS solutions with maximum visibility, in line with Brand, Sales and Category objectives, and within budget limitations; to monitor implementation, to evaluate execution and results.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, medical, customer support and supply chain) and take full responsibility for the project management of POS/Trade Promotion and Shopper activation activities.
- Become the POS and in-store activation expert for optimal execution, document center for best practice, sharing the best relevant and innovative ideas.
- Manage 3rd party supplier relationships and on-going performance within agreed KPl's.
**Who You Are**:
- Commercial degree with further education in marketing
- At least 3 years’ experience in POS planning & implementation, in-store activation
- Preferably within FMCG and/or OTC environment
- Strong Project Management skills
- Good understanding of POS & Print industry, incl digital developments
- Good Shopper & Category understanding
- Good analytical understanding (KPIs, measurements)
- Very good MS-Office skills, CRM knowledge, InDesign, SAP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound presentation, time management, planning and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to work in high pressure environment
- Ability to work proactively alone and within team environment
- Self-starter / Self managing, result oriented¨
- Time management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Very good language skills in German and English, as well as basic language skills in French
