Ãberblick:
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Develop “integration blueprint” and develop first high-level integration plan during due diligence
- Prepare and implement communication plan as of closing date
- Develop detailed integration plan post signing together with dedicated, functional workstream leads
- Implement Integration plan and address any upcoming challenges together with the team
- Ensure integration (end-to-end)
- Ensure adequate level of communication throughout integration process
- Ensure hand-over to business-as-usual organization post integration phase
Qualifikationen:
- University degree
- Based near Zurich Switzerland, willing to join on-site meetings at Bruker site in Fällanden near Zurich when required / added value
- At least 5 years’ experience in PMI / PMO projects, having worked across different functions
- Familiar with typical PMI / PMO working tools
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
- Team player with initiative and doer qualities
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- High flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills, especially in difficult situations
