- We are looking for an Office Assistant for our retail department ‘Audiological Care’ in Steinhausen (ZG).**Your tasks**
- General administrative work (reception, telephone, mail processing, various orders)
- Maintaining a representative reception and office appearance
- Responsible for the planning and organization of all team events and support the annual management event with 100 people
- Contact person for employees on various matters and questions
- Organize meetings, business travel for employees as well as catering for meetings of team members
- Supervision of office logistics, material and information procurement as well as supplier contracts and inventories
- Checking and approve invoices as well as expense reports

**Your profile**
- Commercial education (KV apprenticeship) or similar
- Experienced as Office or Team Assistant
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Very good usage of MS Office and IT affinity
- Excellent German and English skills
