**Qualifications**
What you will do:
**Key Commercial Leadership to drive Sell-IN and Sell-Out per brand, door, region & retailer**
- **Formulate and execute the National Sales targets by district, by brand, by door and month**:

- Approve increases/decreases to distribution channels on a national basis in conjunction with Commercial Director and Brand Manager, reviewing ongoing opportunities for expansion and decreasing
- Implement strategies to ensure targets are achieved and where possible exceeded
- Achieve yearly targets, as well as on counter/store site selection and
- Ensures alignment between commercial team, digital commerce (E-Retail), marketing team, consumer experience, finance team and

**Manage the multi branded Department Store Field organization**
- 250+ people reporting to District Managers with direct leadership
- Prepare and plan strong implementation plans, rules, mitigation actions & incentives for staff performance and motivation
- Budget alignment and overlook for all staff related P&L lines per brand together with Brand Manager and Commercial Director
- Close Alignment and action plan development together with Consumer Experience had

**Key Account Management of assigned key Department store retailers (Globus, Jelmoli)**
- Strengthen and develop retailer relationships with clear focus on direct win and long-term success
- Problem Solving and mitigation action plan support per retailer
- Identification of key opportunities and retailer conviction to win Market share in complex and challenging retailer environment
- Support order process, stock analysis, trade plan execution & budgeting as well as headcount and participation negotiations
- Yearly, monthly and quarterly target alignment and execution
