Clinical Research Manager

My client, a global and growing biopharmaceutical company is looking for their new position as Clinical Research Manager to join their team located in Geneva canton.
This position need someone with a good medical and scientific level to ensure the development and execution of clinical trial.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop clinical trial designs and supporting clinical operation team.
- Write protocols, publications and others document as needed, including for regulatory aspects, for all clinical research part.
- Respect clinical trial safety elements for decision making.
- Lead Medical Oversight and Medical Monitoring to interventional clinical trials
- Evaluate investigator-initiated study protocols and make recommendations to take decision regarding the clinical trial.
- Ensure trainings for internal staff, service providers or investigators
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master or PhD in the LifeScience with minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
- Strong experience and understanding of clinical research and clinical trial design, data analysis, statistics, and methods.
- Good knowledge of GCP aspects and FDA guidelines.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Open to travel 5 -10% or working time.
- Good leadership and used to work in cross-functional team.
