Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a new team member in our HR team in Switzerland. You will work with the Global HR lead and support her in HR Operations matters to help our company grow.
**What you'll do**:
- Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and driving the entire administrative HR life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
- Responsible for handling all HR Administration matters related to the pension fund, long-term sickness and accident insurance, family allowances, reference letters, and work certificates.
- Responsible for payroll processing in cooperation with our external partners
- Managing the recruitment process for open positions
- Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR System
- Responsible for quarterly and yearly HR budget reporting
- Organizing work permits and visas for Switzerland
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Participating in HR-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development
- Staying up-to-date with Swiss labour laws and ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements
- Assisting in maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment
- Deputy of Global HR Lead and Office Admin
**What you bring**:
- Federal diploma in HR or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security topics and employment principles
- 2+ years of working in administration and human resources, ideally in an international environment
- Excellent command of both English and German
