Human Resources Generalist

We are offering a new position in our HR team in Switzerland. You will work with the Global HR lead and support her in HR Operations matters to help our company grow.

**What you'll do**:

- Drive and own the entire administrative HR life cycle, such as onboarding and offboarding, mutations etc.
- Responsible for administrative matters such as social insurances, tax at source, family allowances, reference letters, work certificates
- Responsible for payroll processing in cooperation with our external partner
- Organizing work permits and visas for Switzerland
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Point of contact and operational advisory to employees and line managers
- Recruitment coordination
- Continuous improvement of our internal processes and support for various HR-related projects
- Deputy of Global HR Lead and Office Admin

**What you bring**:

- Certificate as HR-Assistant / Sachbearbeiter Personalwesen or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security topics and employment principles
- 2+ years of working in administration and human resources, ideally in an international environment
- Excellent command of both English and German
