We are looking for a**Group Leader (Tenure Track)****:
Fuel Cell Systems and Diagnostics

**Your tasks**:

- Lead and manage a scientific research group (personnel, finances, safety)
- Further develop the groups competence in electrochemical conversion technologies with focus on porous materials, their development and characterization methods
- Acquire funding for research projects in academia and industry
- Lead projects and supervise PhD students and postdoctoral fellows, as wells as scientists and technicians
- Publication of scientific and technical results and (re-)presentation at conferences
- Contributions to internal and external presentation of the laboratory, in discussion with the lab head

**Your profile**:

- PhD degree in natural science or engineering
- Strong background and experience in electrochemical conversion technologies, of particular value is experience in PEM electrolysis
- Experience with porous materials and their characterization with electrochemical techniques, imaging and computational methods
- Experience with leading scientific projects and leadership of small organizational units
- Experience and proven track record in funding acquisition (public and industrial funding)
- Proven excellent publication record and/or industrial experience
- Having a network in the international electrochemical community
