Middle School Humanities

We are seeking a professional educator with a successful track record teaching English and Social Studies, or Humanities, in grades 6 - 8. Applicants with experience working with an EAL population and who can contribute to the ZIS co-curricular program will be preferred. Experience with STEM electives would also be an advantage.
- Teaching license including specialism
- Documented record of excellence in teaching
- BA / BSC or equivalent university degree
- Understanding of Middle School philosophy and best practice
- Learner-centered focus
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs
- Experience using data to guide teaching and learning
- Teamwork, collaboration, and active participation in school life
