**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Manager to strengthen the Global Legal Team with expertise in key local and international corporate compliance areas and support the further development of PolyPeptide’s corporate compliance policies and procedures in an evolving regulatory landscape.
You will be a key member of our Global Legal team, reporting directly to PolyPeptide’s General Counsel. Your primary work location will be Baar/canton of Zug (Switzerland) or one of our European Sites in Sweden (Malmö), Belgium (Braine-l’Alleud, in Walloon Brabant) or France (Strasbourg).

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**
As the Corporate Compliance Manager for the Group, your primary responsibilities will be to monitor and review all aspects of corporate compliance, with particular reference to legal (e.g., sanctions and export controls, anti-corruption/anti-bribery, speak-up culture and whistleblower process etc.), data protection and GDPR sustainable practice and development, and other relevant regulatory compliance areas. In particular:
**Sustainability**: Support and advice various PolyPeptide business areas with developing processes and policies to comply with the requirements pursuant to EU and Swiss non-financial reporting regulations.
**General Compliance Tasks**: Manage the implementation and adherence of the global sanctions and export control program; manage sanctions screenings; develop and execute compliance awareness campaigns. Develop and deliver compliance related trainings and communications; revise, update or draft template agreements, internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices. Build strong relationships and collaborations with internal stakeholders across all our sites and business areas and develop a network of local compliance ambassadors across PolyPeptide’s global sites.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, economics or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in compliance (ideally in combination with a data protection role)
- Good knowledge of GDPR or equivalent data protection regulations
- Fluent in English (good level of French and/or German are assets)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter, able to create and take initiatives and act autonomously within the framework of a team
- Reliable, organized and flexible
