Recruitment and Training Coordinator

We are looking for a energetic person to join our HR team in Sierre.
Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen:
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Organise new employees on-boarding and follow-up integration plan with Business Leaders
- Identify and consolidate employee training and development needs
- Plan training sessions and ensure smooth delivery by supporting internal and external trainers
- Put in place a rigourous feedback process to ensure training effectiveness
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners on local or global HR projects for continuous improvement
- Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community
Your profile:
- University degree with ideally Human Resources / Economics major.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative / HR Function
- Fluent English and French, with ideally good knowledge of German
- Full proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment while respecting deadline
- Ability to communicate at all levels while respecting confidentiality and professional ethics
Standortprofil:
Novelis’ Sierre is located in the Valais of Switzerland employing around 500 people. It mainly focuses on production of aluminium sheet for the automotive market covering the entire process from casting to finishing. The plant also hosts a world-leading Research & Innovation Center specialized in development of new automotive sheet alloys surface treatment and joining technologies. Sierre is nicknamed the “City of the Sun” with an average of 300 days of sunshine in proximity to skiing resorts and famous for its cheese and wine. The Sierre plant supports its community through direct sponsorship of many annual events promoting education sports and culture. In addition it supports student project at technical and high schools.
