Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons un **Test Manager **pour le compte de notre clientà **Genève.**

**Votre Mission**:

- Responsable de la planification et de l'exécution des activités de tests fonctionnels
- Exécute les tests en autonomie vis-à-vis de l'équipe de développement
- Participe aux propositions commerciales afin d'y intégrer les prestations requises pour permettre une stratégie de test efficace
- S'assure que tous les processus liés à la gestion de la qualité sont mis en place et maintenus
- Définit le périmètre du testing dans le contexte de chaque release / projet : gestion des exigences, stratégie de test, plans de tests
- Travaille en collaboration avec les équipes de développement afin de participer à l'amélioration de l'ensemble des tests, y compris non fonctionnels.
- Maintient à jour toute documentation relative à la gestion de la qualité
- Soutient activement l'équipe projet et le client dans la résolution des problématiques de qualité
- Pilote la conception et l'exécution des campagnes de tests, fonctionnels et automatisés
- Gère le reporting et suit la résolution des anomalies
- Evalue et gère les risques liés à la qualité
- Participe aux réunions de pilotage liées au testing

**Votre profil**:

- 7 à 8 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires
- Capable de challenger les équipes et mettre en place les process
- Maîtrise d'outils tels que Jira, Xray
- La connaissance des frameworks agiles et de leurs implications sur le testing est un plus.
- Expérience significative dans l'automatisation : Robot Framework, Selenium IDE, Cucumber...
- Excellente connaissance des standards et méthodologies du testing.
- La Certification ISTQB est un atout.
- Bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet et des différentes modalités contractuelles
- Excellente communication, à la fois écrite et orale
- Capacité à animer des réunions de haut niveau et à créer les présentations support
- Autonomie, rigueur, esprit critique et constructif

Salaire : à partir de CHF120'000.00 par an

- Genève, GE: Faire le trajet sans problème ou prévoir un déménagement avant de prendre son poste (Exigé)
